The truth about change
I often hear people talk a lot about making changes in their life and being fearful of change. The honest truth is that it is constantly happening, with you and your environment. Life isn’t a series of phases. We often see it as that based on major changes.
Little actions lead to big ones. Want to learn to code? Start a small side project. Want to travel but don’t have money? Save $5 a day until you have enough to go somewhere.
Life isn’t a planned chapter book but is more like a free write that will eventually become our novel when we die.
You are changing whether you like it or not. It is up to you to mentally accept it.
